A Special Service Trip in the Summer of 2024
In the summer of 2024, a customer in Quebec encountered operational issues with his newly purchased T50 agricultural drone. Unfortunately, his equipment supplier lacked the expertise to provide a solution.
We understood that summer is the busiest time for growers. Knowing how urgent the issue was, we drove hundreds of kilometers to visit the customer’s farm and assist him in person.
After a few hours of analysis and hands-on training, he finally understood the problem that had been troubling him for so long. What shocked us was that his previous supplier had been teaching him to fly the T50 using outdated T40 operation methods. It was clear that they had not taken the time to properly learn the new product, and their technical and theoretical support for customers was severely lacking.
This is not an isolated case. Many suppliers fail to continuously update their knowledge, leaving customers struggling with unresolved issues.
This experience reinforced our belief that staying ahead in expertise is the key to delivering real value to our customers.

A few months later, at an agriculture event hosted by William Houde Ltée, we had the pleasure of seeing this customer again. In front of more than 150 attendees, he shared his experience using agricultural drones and said:
