1. Unpacking

Carefully lift the whole machine out of the box, find the remote control, and check the power of the remote control. After starting the remote control, follow the prompt steps to register the device. For customers who have purchased multiple drones, the registered user names must be the same to facilitate group flight settings.

2. Charger precautions

The T20 can be charged normally on the walls of the farm shop (say where you use the hairdryer)

The T30 uses a high-power charger with a rated power of 7200W, which cannot be directly charged in a single wall socket. If using two power cords to connect to the wall for charging, make sure that the two plugs are connected to two separate breakers in the electrical box, or you need to use an adapter power supply (greater than 9000W).

3. Connect the drone
Move the device to an open and unobstructed place outdoors for connection.
1) Start the remote control first
2) Connect the drone as required by the remote control
3) After the connection is successful, perform the lift operation of the aircraft (up and down is lift, left and right is self-rotation) (left button).

4) After completion, rise to about 3 meters, 10 meters away, first push the rod slightly upwards, push up to move forward, downwards to retreat, and then perform lateral movement training, move left to move left, and move right to move right (right button).

Never fly the drone towards you, the direction of your remote controller and the nose of the drone must be the same（the rare light is green colour）. The flight speed of the plane is very fast, if you are facing yourself but the speed is not controlled well, you may hurt yourself.

After the drone takes off, it must maintain a one-button operation, that is to say, only give the drone one command at a time. You can’t let it go up and push the button to make it go forward at the same time. If the data cannot be processed, accidents will happen.

5) Press the “H” key, the drone will start to automatically return to the take-off point. The drone will hover 3 meters above the take-off point, and you can choose to land automatically or manually.

4. RTK connection ***

2) Select RTK+Aircraft mode on the remote control and complete it in four steps.

5. Map flight planning

6. Precautions for operation

When editing the plan, be sure to edit the flight path from near to far (allowing the pilot and drone to have sufficient warm-up time).

After the drone operation is completed, it will return to the take-off point. People and pets must not stand in this place.

When the drone is working in the field, it is absolutely forbidden to patrol the field under the aircraft to observe the operation effect.

7. The sequence of battery replacement and dosing

Change the battery first, then change the water tank or add the mixed solution, which can effectively prevent the mixed solution or fertilizer from entering the distribution board, and avoid the corrosion and oxidation of pesticides and fertilizers on the distribution board. Use a funnel as much as possible when adding the mixture to avoid waste of liquid and corrosion of the fuselage, distribution board, and radar

At the end of each day, use a brush dipped in 95% alcohol to clean the distribution board to keep it clean, and free of black oxide and green patina to ensure efficient operation. For the battery socket, it should be cleaned weekly with a cotton swab dipped in 95% alcohol to remove black and green oxides and avoid bad conditions such as battery certification failure.

When the battery is about to run out, the drone must return in time when it is required to return.

The drone’s smart system will calculate the amount of power needed to return it, and if you ignore the alarm it will crash the drone.

8. Precautions for the use of spraying system

The water tank filter of the T20 needs to be cleaned if it feels clogged. At the bottom of the tank, just pull it out.

T30 adopts the plunger pump design, which has the advantages of large flow and high efficiency, but the plunger pump also has the characteristics of not idling and has certain requirements for the type of liquid. equivalent dosage form.

9. The following points should be paid attention to in daily work:

After each operation, add clean water (add a little detergent) to the medicine box and start spraying to flush the spraying system.

It must be ensured that the liquid medicine is effectively filtered, and the sediment in the liquid medicine must not be poured directly into the medicine box. The filter at the bottom of the medicine box and the filter at the mouth of the medicine box must be cleaned regularly to ensure smoothness.

After the T30 plunger pump has been running for 300 hours, the lubricating oil should be replaced. The capacity is 30ML, and it is preferred to use high-quality lubricating oil, or gear and bearing lubricating oil with similar performance.

10. Maintenance after the operation

If it is spraying liquid, be sure to fill it up with clean water after the end of the day’s work, and open the water to the maximum for spraying and flushing the pipeline. three times.

1) The battery must be removed before cleaning the body;

2) Install the battery after the distribution board is completely dry;

3) Do not use a high-pressure water gun to wash the motor cover, try to clean it with a rag.

After using the viscous agent, it is recommended to clean the filter to prevent clogging and leakage.

If it is a spreading system, it is recommended to simply disassemble and clean the spreading system after each spreading operation, and clean the residual fertilizer in the material box, which can effectively prevent the fertilizer from corroding and prolong the service life.

If in daily use, after the empty water tank is filled with water, the remaining amount of medicine shows 0L, it is recommended to clean the single-point level gauge and check whether the level gauge is installed properly.

The nozzle has a huge impact on the performance of the work, so it should be ensured that it is in good condition. In the process of daily spraying operation, it may be blocked by powder. At this time, brushes such as toothbrushes must be used for cleaning. Never use metal such as steel wire for cleaning, which will cause damage to the nozzle and reduce the operation effect.
