DJI Agriculture drones at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show-Wonderfull 2021
Agriculture is a great industry, which ensures that everyone has enough quality food to eat. Farmers are at the forefront of the industry. They should be able to have enough support and should be respected. We need to create equal technological conditions for everyone in it.
Big thank you to Outdoor Farm Show for bringing our local growers the most advanced and popular for-front tech to the show, the DJI’s full range of agricultural drones. This opened a new chapter in our Canadian precision technology agriculture.
We shared the whole series of drones with participants which including mapping/surveying drones, multispectral crop health analysis drones, and seeding and spraying two-in-one drones.
The measuring drone Phantom 4RTK can accurately map the spraying route of all the areas that need to be operated in a short time so that the grower can quickly and intelligently understand the farmland, so as to ensure the best application based on the health of the crop.
The Multispectral drone P4M, the same as Phantom 4 RTK, can cover an area of 167 Acres within half an hour. These accurate, high-definition multi-spectral real-time data are not affected by clouds, it is more timely and accurate than satellite data.
You can scout crops’ health with it at any time. The data can be quickly analyzed by DJI agricultural software Terra. It is very convenient to identify if the crops or soil are under pressure and the agronomist could give variable application plans according to these data.
We can see that one week after variable fertilization, the growth situation has been greatly improved.
We in Canada have an excellent team of agronomists.
The design of DJI agricultural drones and precision agriculture aerial applications undoubtedly provide them with the best method.
This system will spray and fertilize all agriculture, analyze crop health in real-time, and lock the crop problem area target in the air.
The problem area treatment is easily converted into a breeze for our growers. These devices not only greatly reduce the cost, but also indicate that the yield can be increased through controllable, precise artificial intelligence and digital scientific methods, and the income of growers can be greatly increased.
During the two days demonstrated in Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show, winds reached 18-26 km/h. Drifting under the action of the wind is inevitable, however, DJI has the world’s most advanced wind laboratory and the most rigorous drone engineering design center. The growers said that they saw the unbelievable balance of DJI Agras T20, and the powerful down-pressure wind field greatly reduced the drift, the droplets were accurately and uniformly sprayed on the soybean till to the roots.
Every small achievement actually has undergone thousands of laboratory and field tests. The final result is that the effective spraying width of T20 is 7M.
Because the remote controller can set the spraying width to 4M-7M, the drone will not miss or repeatedly spray any area.
The drone demonstrated this year is DJI Agras T20.
These drones only need 10% of the current mixture to complete the same operation effect, while saving 50%-30% of pesticides.
The advantage of T20 and T10 is that their spray tank is pluggable, and it is convenient for growers to prepare two liquids at once without cleaning the tank.
At the same time, the T10 take-off weight is less than 25 kg, and the basic UAV pilot certificate can fly it.
The T20’s advantage is it comes with 2 tanks. You can have another tank ready before the drone land off.
The capacity of T30 is a 30L spray tank, which cannot be plugged in, but it can achieve more effective spraying, especially for fruit trees. This is a major advancement in global aerial spraying.
This is also the first and only drone in the world that can be sprayed according to the growth direction of branches by the outstanding DJI R&D staff.
The drone T30 helps reduce fertilizer use and increase production through effective, data-driven best practices. Its unique branch aiming technology and adjustable arm enable Agras T30 to penetrate thick canopy through oblique spraying, ensuring uniform spraying of liquid pesticides and doubling the number of droplets.
These drones can all work in groups. A pilot can use one remote control to remotely control 3 drones at the same time, which greatly improves the operational efficiency of agricultural operations.
This technology is a miracle of agriculture. At present, DJI’s agricultural drones have been widely used by farmers all over the world. Through searching the Internet, we have coincidentally seen articles shared by everyone saying that DJI’s drones are spraying accuracy and the results in respects of optimal use of chemicals and liquid fertilizers exceeded expectations, thereby reducing costs and ensuring that the specific needs of each crop are met.
DJI agricultural drones have made outstanding contributions to sustainable development.
It uses high-performance batteries instead of fuel, which greatly reduces carbon emissions. The battery does not need to be cooled and can be charged directly (if you use a generator to charge the battery, you can save 60%-70% of fuel).
It is small and flexible, can be folded, is equipped with high-brightness LED lights, has RTK function, and the saved map can be found and used from the remote control at any time. Growers no longer have to worry about a series of problems such as work at night, wetland, and short window periods for crops.
The application of agricultural spraying drones means that less water is used, and accurate pesticide usage calculations ensure that it can reach where it needs to be accurately and uniformly. Instead of wasting or flowing into the fields.
It is our great privilege to be the general distributor of DJI agricultural drones in Canada. We are very willing to work hard with Dealers in provinces and regions to comprehensively train and help local agronomists and growers through the use of these efficient and advanced agricultural aerial tools to improve work efficiency, enhance the safety of agricultural tools applications, and protect their health from the spraying environment.
Thanks to the brilliant DJI R&D staff, they bring out all the best of this high-tech equipment and make them easily used by growers.
Through accurate computer analysis and precise data calculation, this kind of drone sprays can help to achieve more effectively, more cost-effectively, less harmful to humans, and friendly to the crops and environment.
